We feature USDA inspected grassfed Highland beef, goat and lamb available
for sale. All of our meats are grassfed and ALL natural. They are free of additives, delicious, and contain more Omega 3 fatty
acids and CLA, making them also more nutritious than the typical grainfed meats found in the grocery store. For example, a
premium all natural hamburger is typically 90% lean. Our grass-fed highland burgers are 95% and up!!

All prices vary depending on
what cuts of steak you would like for your pack. Please email or call us at (276) 957-1915 to specify
the cuts you desire.
In addition, we also feature
whole, half, and quarter bulk cuts. They are $3.25, $3.50, and $3.75 per pound on the hanging weight, respectively.
Shipping is $10 plus UPS charges.
All packs are shipped in fully insulated boxes with ice packs.

Our inventory of livestock for sale changes with the seasons,

We have had a great year with many outstanding additions
to our Highland Cattle fold, our South African Boer Goat herd and our flock of Horned Dorset Sheep. Livestock
for sale include:
South African Boer Goats and Nubians:
- Top-quality Full-Blood Boer bucks for breeding--6 months to two years old
- Wethers - friendly, wonderful pets
- Boer kids of various ages
- Percentage does, various ages
- Registered Nubian bucklings
Highland Cattle:
- Registered cows and heifers of various ages
- Registered bulls of various ages, from five to 15 months old
- Steers of various ages. Grow your own Highland beef, naturally lower in fat and cholesterol than
most grainfed beef, and delicious, too!
Horned Dorset Sheep:
- Most of our lambs have been sold, but we do have a few available. Please send us an email for details.
Livestock Guardian Dogs:
- Running River Ranch - Adult Male Karakachan Livestock Guardian Dog for Sale.
Excellent guardian - 5 years old. Has lived his entire life with goats and the last two years has been around poultry,
too. Good with humans but not with all house pets (can perceive them as predators of the herd or flock that he is protecting).
He is a large dog and needs at least 5 well-fenced acres to roam and a new flock or herd to defend. Will not ship --
